Brewery/ Winery Bartender-
- Must be able to learn about and speak about all of our wines and beers
- Need to work well with customers and other employees
- Be able to work quickly and efficiently
- Must be able to stay calm under pressure
- Must be able to deal with large crowds
- Dress Appropiatley
- Must be able to lift at least a case of wine
- Must be on time
- Must be personable
Bar shifts average about 8 hrs
Tips are shared, if there is a bus boy he is tipped out 10%
Be clean keeping the bar clean is very important!
Breaks are given when appropiate
