Dish Washer Job DescriptionAs a Dish Washer you will be standing for most of the shift. One will be expected to follow a fast pace to keep up with the demand of the kitchen and the event. One will be expected to follow the direction of the Sous Chef or Senior Events Coordinator in a timely fashion. Other job responsibilities include but are not limited to the following tasks: Knowledge of proper sanitation and cleanliness Knowledge and experience using a dish washer Must clean dishes, pots, and pans in efficient and timely manor Proper storage and maintenance of dishes and kitchen small waresProper closing procedure and cleaningAssist in Breaking down eventAssist in Setting up next event after dishes are doneAssist in proper storage, maintenance, and organization of Banquet items Move signage outside after eventDish Washer Requirements Must come dressed clean and neat-In uniform White Shirt/Becker Farms Shirt Black Slacks Comfortable Entirely Black Socks and Shoes Hair pulled back from face No dangle jewelry or facial piercings Single stud in ears acceptable No visible tattoos Attire should be fitted not loose Must be punctual Must conduct the job with poise and professionalism Emotionally Strong and professional at all times Think quick Have fore site to anticipate next job You must be able to lift at least 50 poundsAbility to communicate effectively with the public and other employeesText Messaging UnacceptableSchedule- Wed-Sunday or as needed
