Jr Events Coordinator Internship Job Description
As Jr. Events Coordinator you will be required to answer questions about book private and public events, give guided tours of the facility, correspond with brides, clients, vendors, and staff. A person in this position will need to be able to think creatively to solve problems, think quick, and communicate well to staff and clients. Other aspects of the job are listed below but are not limited to the following items.
Jr. Events Coordinator
Must have understanding of business model and flow chart of private events division of Becker Farms
-Assistant Events Coordinator
-Schedule Potential Clients/Brides
-Show Potential Clients/Brides around and answer questions
-Update details in clients files
-Returning messages/answering emails
-Print invoices, correspond with brides
-Check Sr. Events Coordinators Correspondence on days off
-Rentals
-Order
-Pick up & drop off
-Design flyer's, advertisements
-100 Mile Radius Menu Cards
-100 Mile Radius Source List
-Event signs
Jr. Events Coordinator Requirements
Must come dressed clean and neat
Must be punctual
Must conduct the job with poise and professionalism
Emotionally Strong and professional at all times
Think quick
Have fore site to anticipate next job
You must have experience with Microsoft Office including Excel
You must have experience and knowledge using basic social media tools including facebook, twitter, constant contact, Judy’s book, Foursquare, groupon, etc..
Must have excellent organizational skills
