Team Leader Job DescriptionAs Team Leader you will be standing for most of the shift. One will be expected to follow a fast pace to keep up with the demand of the kitchen and the event. Team lead must be able to eloquently speak to the client and manage the team quickly and effectively. General Management of all procedures that take place ion the event floor Include but not limited to the following items: Proper Sanitation and CleanlinessCoordinate with set up supervisorReceive items and maintain items from clientsBrief team on agenda for the eventAid and manage break down of the eventInventory and Maintain banquet items and supplies Collaborating with kitchen for proper food service times Keep storage of banquet items neat and clean Guest Check in and seating Double check set up and survey physicality of event to make sure everything is up to standard Team Leader Requirements Must come dressed clean and neat Must be punctual Must have station clean and neat Floor must be properly Cleaned and Sanitized by the end of the Event Must conduct the job with poise and professionalism Emotionally Strong and professional at all times Think quick and have lists done in advance You must be able to lift at least 40 poundsOne year banquet set up/server experienceRead, write, and speak English fluentlyAbility to communicate effectively with the public and other employeesText Messaging UnacceptableSchedule- Wednesday- Sunday or as neededSend Resume and Cover Letter to Amanda_beckerfarms.com
