Cancellation Policy


Our cancellation policy is simple and appropriate for a small inn. Think of your reservation as theater tickets – they’re yours upon booking. Call us immediately if you need to cancel and we will make your room(s) available. If we re-book your room(s), you will receive a refund for your reservation less a 10% rebooking fee; but, if we  are not successful in rebooking your room, no refund will be issued.  All refunds will be paid by check within 14 business days pending cancellation approval. We do not issue refunds for flight cancellations or inclement weather. Pet Policy 



We welcome four-legged companions of 40lbs or less, for a non refundable fee of $75 per cabin reservation. 2 pet max.


Fine Print:

  • Must be fully trained.

  • Must be kept on a leash when on property unless it is in the cabin

  • Must not be left unattended.

  • Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pet on property & surrounding areas.

  • Any disturbances caused by pet must be curtailed to ensure other guests are not inconvenienced.

  • Guests are responsible for all property damages and/or personal injury resulting from pet.

  • A fine of $250.00 will be applied to the credit card on file if a pet is discovered without proper reservation.

Smoking Policies


Smoking is allowed in all uncovered public areas of the property. Smoking is prohibited under shelters of any type including cabins and cabin patios. A $250.00 fine will be applied for smoking in a non-smoking area.

No In-Room Party Policy


Quiet hours begin at 10pm. Press Vineyard Retreat enforces a strict NO IN-ROOM PARTY POLICY to ensure we can protect the property and our guests at all times. In the event of a disturbance one warning will be given to reduce noise. If this warning is not followed, the guest will forfeit all reservation costs and must leave the property immediately. Maximum of 4 guests per room.



Rooms will not be cleaned during multi-night stays. This is for you, your guests, and our staff's safety. If you need additional items, clean towels, etc, please contact our cabin manager at 716.570.5027.
