Bio: "Amanda discovered yoga over 7 years ago while working a fast paced, mentally and emotionally demanding job. Her employer brought in a yoga instructor for a lunchtime yoga class and Amanda was hooked. She quickly realized how beneficial yoga could be to her physical and mental wellbeing, as well as her mindfulness.

In 2018 Amanda enrolled in an immersive Yoga Teacher Training at a Buffalo yoga studio that would come to feel like her home. After graduation Amanda began teaching at the same studio and soon realized how strong her passion for teaching was. Over the last few years she has moved out of the studio, bringing yoga everywhere she can. Indoors or outdoors, Amanda strives to bring community connection, exploration and a safe atmosphere at her various pop-up events.

Amanda focuses on creating a welcoming and inclusive space for all bodies. She will help guide you inward with your journey to balance your mind, body and soul. You can expect to move and breathe with a dynamic practice including thoughtful meditation. Whether you attend your first or hundredth yoga class with Amanda, her soulful laid back style will help ease you into your practice. Amanda’s favorite style of yoga is Vinyasa but she also offers Yin, Restorative, SUP and Yoga Nidra.
